Marine activities of our family dates back to eighty years, have begun with maintaining & overhauling of wooden vessels and proceeded to steel vessels in Goldenhorn shore line until 1982. Within this period, we built twenty six new vessels and maintained & overhauled countless.

When the Turkish Ship Builders including us moved to Tuzla, which is the most important region of marine industry of Turkey in 1982, we have carried on marine activities in this region. Up till now, sixteen new vessels were built and countless vessels were drydocked under our management in Tuzla.

Without pausing, We kept investing in marine industry in order to improve our capability and capacity by establishing SELTAS SHIPYARD in Altinova/YALOVA, the most promising region of our industry in the future. ASTAS SHIPYARD, the existing facility of us in Tuzla, was revised by building a rail slipway with the aim of fulfilling docking service capability without any limitations.
